Job summary

Topgolf seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead a high-volume restaurant team on site in Akron. You will guide staff toward performance targets, monitor performance, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team across varied shifts. Compliance with safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety practices.
  • Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, including stairs.
