Job description

Department Overview:

We are a growing gymnastics facility 15 minutes from downtown Madison.

Anticipated Start Date: 5/18/25

Anticipated Hours Per Week: 8 to 20

Schedule: Schedule varies depending on which team/level. Practice times may be adjustable to fit coaches' availability. Some weekends for competitions Sept-March.

Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $15.00 to $25.00

Position Summary/Job Duties: We are looking for coaches for our competition teams. The position includes practices, competitions, and some organizational tasks. It is 8+ hours a week. Wages are $20-$25 per hour depending on experience. USAG membership and fees are covered by MGA. Additional educational opportunities may also be available.

Qualifications: Applicant must be at least 18 years old and eligible for USAG membership. Previous gymnastics experience required.

Physical Demands: Spotting is not always required, but set ups for training require the ability to move some equipment.
