Job summary

Cornerstone Trucking, Inc. is seeking immediate full-time FedEx OTR CDL truck drivers in a TEAM capacity. The role features high weekly miles, 4,500–6,000+ miles, benefits after 60 days, and a guaranteed weekly minimum.

Hub-to-hub dispatch with 100% no-touch freight is offered, along with uniforms and a retirement plan with employer match. Minimum qualifications include CDL A with Doubles and Triples endorsement, 21+ years old, fluency in English, and DOT/ background screening.

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 3 years in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Must be 21 years or older and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate hub-to-hub routes on a full-time FedEx OTR schedule.
• Maintain high weekly mileage, averaging 4,500–6,000+ miles.
• Provide 100% no-touch freight with team driving arrangements.
• Participate in benefits and 401(k) program after eligibility.

Hiring immediately for full time FedEx OTR CDL Truck Driver TEAM positions!

We're looking for people who have been OTR Truck Drivers, Local Truck Drivers, Route Drivers, Team/Solo Truck Drivers, CDL Drivers- and if you have driven for FedEx, UPS, Ryder, Penske, Schneider, Swift, Walmart, Amazon or any other similar companies that is a plus.

• High Weekly Miles: Average 4,500-6,000+ miles weekly

• Pay: $0.80 CPM paid weekly via direct deposit per driver with miles split- GUARANTEE MINIMUM OF $1,800 per week

Minimum Truck Driver Qualifications include:

• Class A Commercial Driver's License with Doubles and Triples endorsement
• Preferably FedEx Active
• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 3 years of experience within the last 5 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background and drug screen
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI or reckless driving violations
• MVR: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months
