Job summary

TI, Inc. is seeking truck drivers for all runs based in the Houston, TX area. The role requires a valid CDL-A, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.

Drivers are paid up to $0.90 per mile with bonuses, weekly pay, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Flexible scheduling includes full-time and part-time opportunities, with potential for training programs for new CDL graduates.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass physical and drug test.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Doubles Endorsement.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• 1 year tractor/trailer experience within last 3 years OR 5 years within last 10 years OR 6 months with FedEx school certificate.
• New CDL graduates may qualify for FedEx ELDP training program.
• Clean driving record for last 3 years.
• Must pass E Verify.
• Punctual, energetic and reliable.
• Ability to hookup/deliver all trailers as requested.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer and safely connect/disconnect trailers.
• Deliver total miles as assigned.
• Maintain clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Follow FedEx routing and schedule requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL License
• Pass a criminal background check

• At least 21 years of age

• Must have 1 YEAR TRACTOR/TRAILER EXPERIENCE within the last three years OR must have 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years OR 6 months with a certificate from a FedEx approved trucking school
• New CDL graduates may qualify for FedEx ELDP training program. Ask us about it!
• Clean driving record for the last three years
• Must be able to pass E Verify
• Must be punctual, energetic and reliable
• Ability and willingness to select/hookup/deliver all trailers as requested
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, reach, bend, squat, and stop to accomplish essential job functions
• Able to driver a tractor-trailer(s) and use a dolly safely
