Job summary

Transporting Logistics seeks Team Class A drivers for a Target Dedicated account based in Newton, NC. The team will run 4,500–5,000 miles weekly, with a 1st-day classroom training plus 1 day of ride-along and a 24/7 on-site support team.

Compensation includes a weekly pay range of $1,500–$1,700, a $5,000 split bonus, and a $20 per backhaul, with medical, dental, and vision coverage plus a 401(k) plan and progressive PTO. Home weekly with some weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months.
• Strong customer service mindset when interacting with store personnel.
• Safe handling of demanding schedules and routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate team freight for Target dedicated accounts out of Newton, NC.
• Maintain 4,500–5,000 miles weekly with potential night/weekend shifts.
• Meet delivery targets across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD.
