Job summary

Transporting Logistics is seeking Team Class A Drivers for the Target Dedicated Account in Newton, NC. The role features a weekly pay range of $1,500–$1,700 with a $5,000 split bonus and $20 per backhaul, plus a $100 training day option. Home weekly with routes across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD and 4,500–5,000 miles per week.

Onboarding includes one day classroom and one day ride-along, and benefits cover medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and progressive PTO. Clean drug tests required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months.
• Clean results required on hair follicle and urine drug tests.
• Strong customer service mindset and safe handling of demanding schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate team tractor-trailer for Target accounts across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD.
• Aim for 4,500–5,000 miles weekly with nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop & hook, with backhauls mainly dry freight.
