Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL A Team Drivers at our West Sacramento, CA service center. Team drivers haul van and double trailers between our centers, typically on a 5-on/2-off weekly cycle, returning home each week.

Earn yearly pay in the $140,000–$160,000 range per driver, with PTO after 90 calendar days and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and access to employee resorts. Requires clean driving record and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license and current good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Must have a clean MVR/PSP with no serious violations.

Responsibilities

• Operate van up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn-points.
• Truck teams are on the road 5 days and home 2 days each week.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety protocols.
