Job summary

R+L Carriers in Canton, MA is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers. Yearly earnings range is $140,000 - $160,000 per driver, with teams home every week.

As a Team Driver, you will pull van trailers up to 53’ or doubles between service centers; teams travel 5 days and are home 2 days each week. PTO after 90 days; benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, and resort lodging for employees.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A is required.
• 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience in the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (MVR/PSP) with limited violations.
• Age 23 (21 if FMCSA military transition).
• Must operate equipment safely and pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must complete a successful road test.
• Must bend, lift and stoop as needed.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or doubles between service centers or turn-points.
• Operate as part of a team; on-the-road schedule is 5 days on, 2 days home weekly.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with regulations.
