Job summary

R+L Carriers, Inc. is seeking CDL A Team Truck Drivers for our Montebello, CA Service Center. Team drivers haul vans up to 53’ or doubles between service centers, typically on a 5 on / 2 off weekly schedule, with weekly home time.

Yearly compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per driver, plus PTO after 90 days and a strong benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacations and holidays, and resort lodging for employees.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 1 year combined verifiable Class A driving experience in past 3 years.
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must complete a road test.
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate van trailers up to 53’ or doubles between service centers and turn-points.
• Team drivers are on the road 5 days and home 2 days each week.
