Job summary

R+L Carriers, Inc. is seeking Class A Team Truck Drivers for our Reno, NV Service Center. Drivers operate 53' van trailers or doubles, sharing routes with a teammate. The position offers a yearly rate of $140,000 to $160,000 per driver and home every week.

Team drivers enjoy PTO after 90 days, a strong benefits package, and access to our exclusive employee resorts. 5 days on the road with 2 days at home each week, plus 401(k) with company matching and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required with 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record with no serious violations; PSP check.
• Age 23, 21 if FMCSA military-to-Civilian transition exemption applies.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen; road test.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer (53' van or doubles) between service centers and turn-points.
• Team driving with on-the-road schedule; 5 days on, 2 days home weekly.
• Maintain safe operation and compliance with company and DOT regulations.
• Perform basic lifting/bending tasks as required and be dependable.
