Responsibilities

• Onboard team drivers and explain the Team Matching process.
• Update personal information and run teammate searches regularly.

• Communicate with drivers and internal teams for matches.

Job Profile SummaryThe main purpose of this position is to promote team growth by creating quality team matches and educating drivers on the benefits and opportunities that come with being a Team driver at Werner.External Job PostingThe job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.Essential Job FunctionsOnboard team drivers and welcome them to Werner, if new to the company. Introduce yourself and explain the Team Matching process.Ensure personal information and team preferences are updated and run teammate searches regularly. Assist assigned drivers with their search process and encourage them to actively reach out to teammate candidates.Mutually confirm team matches and follow the steps to finalize and post the match.Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to ensure the team match turns into a team build.Ensure accuracy and clear message in all communication both internally and externally.Work directly with the Driver Career Center to identify and solicit drivers who are interested in Team driving.Mediate problem/solution issues that may arise with drivers and internal departments.Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position supervises no associates.Confidential InformationThis position may have access to specific confidential company information.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
