Delano Miami Beach is seeking a Staff Café Attendant to support our Heart of House by maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked team dining environment. You will care for colleagues with warmth and quality, reflecting our brand's hospitality standards.

Your role includes setting up the team cafeteria, stocking stations, and upholding health and safety guidelines while assisting with basic food prep and service as needed.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in cafeteria or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team oriented with a service-driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain team member cafeteria with cleanliness, presentation, and organization.
• Ensure food stations are fully stocked, replenished, and presented in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, service stations, and equipment.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food and supplies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Support basic food preparation and service as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional experience for all team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
• We will on occasion call for each individual on the team to perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
