Thrivent’s Naperville Financial Consultants in Dixon seeks a Team-Based Financial Advisor to learn and grow under Lead Advisors. The role focuses on mentorship, licensing training, and client service to build a sustainable practice.

You’ll start with licensing, training, and in-office work while developing a client book and collaborating with a team to deliver comprehensive financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities/insurance licensing verification may apply.

Responsibilities

• Learn the operation of the practice and participate in joint fieldwork with Lead Advisors.
• Meet with clients to build a book of business and grow relationships.
• Solicit and sell appropriate products and services; complete applications and service existing clients.
