Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory background check and securities/licensing verification, if applicable.
• Desire to work in-office five days a week initially.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business and grow client relationships with mentorship from Lead Advisors.
• Participate in Joint Fieldwork to develop expertise and best practices.
• Meet with clients, solicit and recommend suitable products, and process applications.
• Position products and strategies to help clients gain financial clarity.
• Develop proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Money Guide Pro.
• Participate in events to educate clients and attract new business.
• Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with the Lead Advisor on complex scenarios.
• Schedule, prepare, and document client meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
