Apex Financial Group in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Team-Based Financial Advisor to join Thrivent's network. This entry-level opportunity focuses on learning and development with mentorship from Lead Advisors while building a sound client book through joint fieldwork and guided licenses.

You’ll start with licensing support, training, and practical experience in wealth planning, risk management, and client services, with the goal of advancing to a traditional advisor role and eventual partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build a book of business through joint fieldwork with mentors.
• Meet with clients to develop financial plans and relationships.
• Solicit and sell appropriate products and complete applications.
• Position products and strategies to help clients gain financial clarity.
• Build proficiency in tools and platforms used for financial planning.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios and client meetings.
