Gateway Financial Group, part of Thrivent, is seeking a Team-Based Financial Advisor in Saint Louis, MO. This full-time role provides a mentorship-focused path with Lead Advisors, helping you learn the business while serving clients and building your book of business.

You’ll study for licenses during 8–13 weeks, complete required exams (Life, Health and Annuity, SIE, Series 7/66 or 7/63/65), and later join the sponsoring team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Background checks, fingerprinting and registrations may be required.
• Licensing varies by situation and includes state licenses and securities registrations.

Responsibilities

• Build your book of business with mentorship and joint fieldwork.
• Meet with clients to discuss needs and present suitable solutions.
• Coordinate licensing and training programs to advance career within the team.
• Collaborate with Lead Advisor on complex scenarios and client inquiries.
