Shift: Days

Hours: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday

No weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain files, statistics, and reports for easy access to current, accurate information.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, packets for presentations, and track project progress.
  • Manage databases used within the team.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, distribute materials, arrange refreshments, transcribe minutes, and travel if needed.
  • Meet regularly with support team members to improve office efficiencies and assist with implementation.
  • Maintain supplies and office equipment.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, working under general supervision.
  • Maintain punctual attendance per policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Other Functions:

  • Maintain policies and procedures manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve critical success factors.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Two years of clerical or secretarial experience.
