About the Role:

We’re looking for a flexible, go-to assistant to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, do-a-bit-of-everything kind of role. You'll help with customer follow-ups, keep our team organized, coordinate with freelancers, and support some light scheduling and logistics—including helping us keep our Amazon inventory on track.

If you’re the type of person who likes variety, enjoys getting things done, and can follow up without needing to be chased, we’d love to meet you.

Role starts with part-time with potential for full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Following up on emails (both internal and external) so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Reaching out to customers who’ve shown interest in our products to answer questions and keep communication flowing
  • Gathering info and updates from team members for things like newsletters and social media
  • Helping come up with and organize ideas for social posts, and scheduling them using simple tools (we’ll show you how)
  • Assisting with special/custom requests from doctors or clients
  • Summarizing what’s needed for print and digital projects and sending that info to our freelance designers
  • Staying in touch with freelancers to make sure deliverables for things like websites, eblasts, and printables are on track
  • Scheduling and managing inventory shipments for our Amazon store
  • Jumping in wherever else needed to help the team stay organized and ahead of schedule

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone organized, proactive, and good at follow-through
  • Friendly and clear communicator (both over email and messages)
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching gears as needed
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Teams, Adobe, Canva, and willing to learn them and others
  • Able to work independently and not afraid to ask questions
  • Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or admin role is a plus—but not required
