Assistant Training Operations Coordinator

The Assistant Training Operations Coordinator supports all aspects of live training activities-from system support and internal communications to customer engagement and project coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and live events, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with class schedules, live events, and training program logistics
  • Support the creation and distribution of quarterly newsletters
  • Help document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communications related to training activities
  • Collect information to support special projects and initiatives
  • Serve as a class proctor during live training sessions as needed
  • Monitor and respond to messages in shared support email inboxes
  • Open and follow up on internal support tickets as appropriate
  • Track project tasks, take meeting notes, and send out clear summaries
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential issues before they arise
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the training team

Qualifications
  • Experience in a training coordination or sales operations support role preferred
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS); experience with multiple platforms is a plus
  • Technical aptitude or background is a strong advantage
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Ability to maintain focus and productivity in a fully remote setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and assist with special projects
