Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of university teaching experience.
• Evidence of effective university teaching experience, including face-to-face instruction using best practices in course delivery.
• Evidence of effective online teaching experience, including course development, instructional design, and online pedagogy.
• Evidence of effective use of the Canvas or related learning management system.
• Demonstrated ability to advise undergraduate and graduate students in coursework, internships, and career preparation.

Responsibilities

• Teach face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online courses in the Exercise and Sport Science undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Advise undergraduate and graduate students related to coursework, internships, and career preparation.
• Assist with accreditation processes and program quality efforts.
• Coordinate undergraduate-level initiatives and programs (Honors option, student organization, professional development, etc.).
• Assist with recruitment and retention initiatives, program assessment, and establishing field sites.
