Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree from a CACREP-Accredited Institution is required.
• Ideal candidate is a Licensed Professional School Counselor in Colorado or license-eligible in Colorado.
• Ideal candidate has a doctorate in counselor education and supervision from a CACREP-accredited program.
• Experience in distance learning or online learning is highly desirable.
• Veteran and bilingual candidates are highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in counseling and human services using trauma-informed, inclusive, and culturally responsive pedagogies.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons across multiple formats, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online modalities.
• Work collaboratively with faculty in curriculum design, course alignment, and co-teaching opportunities that model interdisciplinary approaches.
• Provide student-centered academic advising and career mentorship.
• Participate in departmental governance, accreditation efforts, student recruitment, and program assessment.
