Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing instructional activities and supporting student learning across subject areas.
• Provide small group and individualized academic support under the teacher’s direction.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transition times to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Perform clerical and organizational duties, including preparing instructional materials, copying, filing, and maintaining student records.
• Support classroom management and contribute to a positive, respectful learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and administration.
• Model and uphold the mission and values of St. Lawrence Catholic School in all interactions with students, families, and colleagues.
