Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in instructional activities and student learning
• Provide small group and individualized academic support under the teacher's direction
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions
• Prepare instructional materials, copying, filing, and maintaining student records
• Support classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration
