Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join Brymore Academy on a fixed-term basis. The role supports pupils, works with teachers to raise attainment and promote independence, and helps create an inclusive, positive learning environment.

Brymore Academy is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 – 16 set in its own 60-acre site with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities.
Brymore Academy is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team on fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and dedicated team and to play a key role in the further development of this provision at our inclusive academy.
The primary role of the Teaching Assistant is to work with teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
