Position Summary
This recruitment will be used to fill multiple part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Student Teaching Assistant positions at Oregon State University Cascades ( OSU -Cascades) located in Bend, Oregon.
This position will support academic faculty and specific courses at OSU -Cascades by grading, admin support and other tasks as needed by the supervising instructor.
Anticipated start dates dependent upon instructor needs each academic term.
Position Duties
Duties include grading, admin support and general work, proctoring, synthesizing materials (e.g., literature reviews), collecting data for research & other research support, facilitating student group processes requiring attending most class lectures, meet with students to provide constructive feedback, and provide class lectures. Development of courses through Canvas may be required. Breakdown will vary by course.
Other duties as required by instructor(s).
