Job summary

KinderCare in New York seeks a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum, create a safe environment for play and learning, and engage with families. You will collaborate with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and day-to-day educational goals.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy childcare setting. CPR/First Aid certification and English communication are expected, with the physical ability to lift 40 pounds

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume low postures to maintain safety and engage with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
