Job summary

KinderCare is seeking a Teacher in Missouri to implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and engage with families and staff to promote high-quality early education.

You will collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement while building positive relationships with families and licensing authorities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and the ability to multi-task across activities.
• Must meet state qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
