Job summary

KinderCare in Germantown, MD is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will collaborate with families to support their children's growth and development.

In this role you will work with center staff to drive enrollment, maintain accreditation, and enhance family engagement while upholding licensing standards and fostering community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Must meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain.
