Job summary

KinderCare in Grand Rapids, MI, is hiring a Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can learn and grow. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's unique needs and foster a love of learning.

You will collaborate with families and center staff to support enrollment goals, accreditation, and engagement, while building strong connections with the broader community. CPR/First Aid certification and ability to lift 40 pounds are part of the required duties,

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
