MERIDEN PUBLIC SCHOOLS TEACHER SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Meriden Public Schools' Teacher Support Program is accepting applicants for the 2026-2027 school year. The district will be hiring students working towards their bachelors who have an interest in becoming educators to work as subtitute teachers to teach in the district's thirteen schools. Teachers in the program will receive district professional development and be invited to attend trainings. They will be given primary consideration for student teaching placements. Professional training including interviewing techniques and resume-writing will be offered. It is a competitive application and interview process. It is time to join the Meriden Team!
