Job summary

Benevilla in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help maintain facilities, vehicles, grounds and equipment while supporting the maintenance team's daily operations.

The role requires 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-unit dwellings, an AZ driver's license with clean MVR, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders. The position offers hourly pay of $17.94 and a training period with a regular evening shift.

Qualifications

• 2 years of maintenance experience in apartment/senior living/multi-unit dwellings with basic electrical, plumbing, construction, and repair skills.
• Valid AZ driver's license and clean MVR and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.

Schedule: Training will be conducted from 7am-2pm and upon successful completion of training will work Regular Schedule:1pm-8pm, Monday through Friday

What You'll Need:
