Celebree Schools seeks passionate early childhood educators to join our team in Germantown, MD. This full-time role supports educators in creating a safe, engaging classroom and delivering age-appropriate activities under Celebree’s curriculum.

You’ll communicate with families, help plan lessons, display student progress, and maintain a caring environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities to help you thrive in our growing Celebree family.

Formación

• Experience in child care industry preferred.
• Ability to create age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum.
• Excellent communication with parents and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assist in maintaining attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.
• Assist in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum;
• Assists in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom is appropriately maintained.
• Assists in completing all classroom paperwork
• Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
• Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the classroom/School and works with the Lead teacher and Director to resolve.
