Celebree Schools seeks dedicated child care educators to join our team. You will help manage classrooms, create engaging lessons, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.

You will collaborate with leads to implement our curriculum, communicate with parents, and contribute to ongoing classroom improvements and documentation. Experience in child care is preferred and opportunities for growth are available.

Formación

• Experience in child care industry preferred.
• Ability to create a welcoming classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Ability to develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Celebree curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Maintain attractive and current displays and an informative Parent Board.
• Create and implement timely lesson plans that are age appropriate and stimulating.
• Manage effective classroom transitions and supervise children during activities.
• Counsel children using positive discipline techniques as needed.
• Ensure classroom appearance, cleanliness and safety are maintained.
• Complete classroom paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate with parents and provide regular updates on development and happenings.
• Identify opportunities or problems and collaborate with Lead teacher/Director to resolve.

Essential Functions:

• Assists in managing classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assists in maintaining attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.
• Assists in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum;
• Assists in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom is appropriately maintained.
• Assists in completing all classroom paperwork
• Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
• Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the classroom/School and works with the Lead teacher and Director to resolve.

Requirements

Education/Experience: Experience in child care industry preferred
