Celebree Schools is seeking dedicated childcare staff. This full-time role (30+ hours/week) offers a range of benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K, and paid holidays. Join a team focused on protecting, educating, and nurturing children in a supportive classroom setting.

Essential functions include maintaining a welcoming classroom, developing engaging lesson plans, and communicating regularly with families to share updates on their child’s progress and development.

• Assist in managing classroom in compliance with regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents and visitors.
• Assist in maintaining attractive classroom displays and an informative Parent Board updated regularly.
• Create and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans in line with Celebree’s curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and supervise children during all activities; use positive discipline techniques.
• Ensure classroom is clean, safe and well organized.
• Complete all classroom paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate with parents, greet by name and provide regular updates on development.

Essential Functions:

• Assists in managing classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.


• Provides a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.


• Assists in maintaining attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.


• Assists in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum


• Assists in managing effective classroom transitions.


• Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.


• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom is appropriately maintained.


• Assists in completing all classroom paperwork


• Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.


• Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the classroom/School and works with the Lead teacher and Director to resolve.

Requirements

Education/Experience: Experience in child care industry preferred
