Celebree Schools is hiring for a full-time childcare educator. The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming classroom, delivering age-appropriate activities, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within Celebree Organization. Essential duties include supporting lead teachers, communicating with parents, and maintaining clean, organized classrooms and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in child care industry preferred.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming classroom environment.
• Ability to communicate with parents and staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Maintains attractive and current classroom displays and a Parent Board updated regularly.
• Creates and implements lesson plans appropriate for age and curriculum; manages transitions.
• Supervises children during activities; uses positive discipline techniques.
• Ensures classroom appearance, cleanliness and safety are maintained.
• Completes classroom paperwork and communicates with parents about development and happenings.
• Identifies opportunities or problems and works with Lead teacher and Director to resolve.

• Assists in managing classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assists in maintaining attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.
• Assists in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s curriculum; Assists in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom is appropriately maintained.
• Assists in completing all classroom paperwork
• Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
• Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the classroom/School and works with the Lead teacher and Director to resolve.
