Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in New York City seeks teachers for its top-performing K-12 network. You will join a team devoted to helping students from low-income neighborhoods become confident thinkers and leaders, ready for college and beyond.

We provide extensive training and a proven curriculum so you can focus on your students instead of building lesson plans. Teaching certification and Master’s degrees are not required for this role.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in NYC classrooms as part of a high-performing charter network.
• Engage families, students, and peers to support learning.
• Use data to chart student growth and tailor instruction.
• Participate in leadership development and coaching opportunities.
