Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking teachers for New York City’s top-performing network of K‑12 charter schools. You will join a team dedicated to preparing students from low‑income neighborhoods to become confident thinkers and leaders.

The role emphasizes extensive training, a proven curriculum, and opportunities to advance into leadership within roughly three years. Teaching certification and master's degrees are not required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities
