Action Inc. is hiring a Head Start Teacher in Butte to create a safe, engaging classroom where children explore and learn. You will plan developmentally appropriate activities and partner with families to support readiness for school.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the teaching team to meet Head Start standards and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment for every child, supported by a strong, community-based program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in another field with equivalent ECE coursework and preschool teaching experience.

• Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children can learn through exploration and play.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Foster school readiness and kindergarten readiness.
