The position is full-time, 193 work days, reporting to Human Resources. Bachelor's degree required (or actively pursuing), and eligibility to enroll in a teacher certification program. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required (or actively pursuing).
• Eligible to enroll in a teacher certification program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction based on provided lesson plans and learning objectives.
• Cover classrooms campus-wide when the assigned teacher is absent.
• Manage student behavior and classroom routines.
• Take attendance and complete required documentation.
• Build positive, professional relationships with students, staff, families, and campus leadership.
• Work collaboratively with experienced teachers to strengthen instructional planning.
• Communicate with administration on coverage needs.
• Attend required staff meetings and professional development.
• Step into full-time teaching roles as openings arise.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
