Apple Montessori Schools in Cliffside Park, NJ is seeking a Teacher Assistant for Toddler classrooms. You will support Lead Teachers and help children explore, grow, and build independence in a nurturing Montessori environment.

This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging learning space and collaborating with staff to implement daily lesson plans, document progress, and support families with communication. Shifts run Monday through Friday, mornings or afternoons.

Teacher Assistant Toddler

Location: Cliffside Park, NJ

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm OR 1:00pm to 6:30pm

As a Teacher Assistant at Apple Montessori Schools, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your passion for working with children into a meaningful career in Early Childhood Education. You will work closely with Lead Teachers to support children as they explore, grow, and build independence in a nurturing Montessori environment. Our Teacher Assistants provide warmth, encouragement, and guidance as children try new experiences, form friendships, and develop confidence and curiosity.

As a member of our teaching team, some of your responsibilities will include:
