Apple Montessori Schools in East Windsor, NJ is seeking a Teacher Assistant Preschool to support Lead Teachers in a nurturing Montessori environment. You will help children explore, grow, and build independence while modeling warmth, encouragement, and curiosity.

Responsibilities include keeping a safe, clean learning space; assisting with lesson plans; maintaining student records and communicating with families; supporting social development and staff collaboration; participating in meetings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR / First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• A genuine love of children.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull and carry children.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Capacity to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Teacher Assistant Preschool

Location: East Windsor, NJ

Hours: Monday to Friday, Various Shifts Available!

As a Teacher Assistant at Apple Montessori Schools, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your passion for working with children into a meaningful career in Early Childhood Education. You will work closely with Lead Teachers to support children as they explore, grow, and build independence in a nurturing Montessori environment. Our Teacher Assistants provide warmth, encouragement, and guidance as children try new experiences, form friendships, and develop confidence and curiosity.

As a member of our teaching team, some of your responsibilities will include:
