Job summary

The Ladue School District is seeking a full-time Teacher Assistant for the Ladue Early Childhood Center for the 2026-27 school year. The role focuses on building/classroom support for early childhood programs and working with a dynamic team to meet students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.

Experience with children is required, with preference for candidates holding Missouri Teacher Certification (B-3) or pursuing certification.

Teacher Assistant - Ladue Early Childhood Center

The Ladue School District seeks an enthusiastic and student-centered educator to fill a full-time teacher assistant position for the 2026-27 school year. The successful candidate will primarily provide building and/or classroom support to for the early childhood programs. The successful candidate will be part of a high-energy and enthusiastic team of professionals, dedicated to meeting the academic, social and emotional needs of students. Must be able to work with all students and staff to provide academic, social and behavior support for the school.

Education and/or Experience:

• Experience working with children/studentsrequired
• Preference given to candidates with an active Missouri Teacher Certification or actively pursuing a Teacher Certification
  • Preference to candidates with Missouri Teacher certification (B-3)
  • Substitute Missouri Teacher Certification (minimum) required

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly range is $17.48 - $19.23 (sub certified) or $18.78 - $20.66 (teacher certified). The hourly rate will depend on education, certification, and experience.
