ESOL Teacher Assistant (High School)

The Ladue School District seeks enthusiastic and student-centered educator to fill a full-time ESOL Teacher Assistant position for the 2026-27 school year. The teacher assistant candidate will provide building and/or classroom support for the high school. The successful candidate will be part of a high-energy and enthusiastic team of professionals, dedicated to meeting the academic, social and emotional needs of students. Must be able to work with all students and staff to provide academic, social and behavior support for the school.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/students required
• Preference given to candidates with an active Missouri Teacher Certification or actively pursuing a Teacher Certification
• Substitute Missouri Teacher Certification (minimum) required

Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly rate is $18.78 (teacher assistant specific) depending on education, certification and experience. The maximum hourly rate for this position is $20.66. Benefits are offered with a full-time position.
