Job summary

One River School of Art & Design in New York seeks Part-time Teacher Assistants to support our studio and digital art programs for K-12 students. You will help teachers deliver fun, engaging, and accessible lessons.

Hours are about 5-10 hours per week after 3pm and on Saturdays and Sundays. No heavy experience required—training is provided and opportunities to explore Drawing, Painting, Street Art, Manga, Graphic Design, Animation, Photography and Game Design.

Job Description

How would you like to create WOW moments for our K-12 students through fun, engaging and accessible classroom experiences? If you are looking for an opportunity to gain experience assisting amazing teachers to challenge and engage students, then we would love to hear from you. Our dynamic and unique curriculum is fun to teach and highly motivational.

The hours are around 5- 10 hours a week after 3pm and during the days on Saturdays and Sundays. So this would be ideal for a student.

You will assist in a variety of different classes: Drawing, Painting, Street Art, Manga/Cartooning, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation, Photography, Video Production and Game Design

The pay rate is $15 per hour

Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience, we will train you
