Job summary

Applebee’s in Tempe is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in running a profitable operation and upholding our standards. You will oversee cost control, customer service, staff appearance, and drive sales while developing team members.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The position includes training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in casual dining.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• POS systems proficiency.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
