Job summary

Applebee’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations in a casual restaurant setting. You will support the Restaurant Manager, manage costs, ensure excellent customer service, and help drive sales while developing the team.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within the established practices and procedures of Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.
