Job summary

Applebee's is hiring an Assistant Manager in Glendale, AZ to support the Restaurant Manager in running a profitable operation and delivering excellent guest experiences. You will help control costs, maintain restaurant appearance, and drive sales while developing team members.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
