Job summary

The Learning Experience - South Windsor, CT is seeking a Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing classroom for our youngest learners. You will support infant development through hands-on learning, daily care, and meaningful interactions with families.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hourly pay of $17–$20, on-site work, and opportunities for training and growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months childcare experience (1 year preferred).
• High school diploma/GED required; ECE degree preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and DAP.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, loving classroom for infants.
• Implement LEAP Curriculum activities.
• Communicate daily with families (updates, photos, milestones).
• Work collaboratively with your team.
• Follow all state licensing and safety requirements.
