Job summary

The Learning Experience – South Windsor, CT is seeking a dedicated Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our youngest learners. You will support infant development through hands-on learning, daily care, and meaningful family interactions.

Responsibilities include implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, communicating with families, collaborating with your team, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ months childcare experience (1 year preferred)
• High school diploma/GED required; ECE degree preferred
• Knowledge of infant development and DAP
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, loving classroom for infants
• Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum® activities
• Communicate daily with families (updates, photos, milestones)
• Work collaboratively with your team
• Follow all state licensing and safety requirements
