Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) in Ohio seeks a Teacher Assistant (Union) to support preschool learning under Head Start standards. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, 34 hours per week August through June.

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.61 per hour, based on education and experience
Position Overview:
Provide a safe, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool children. Support daily classroom activities, assist with implementing lesson plans, and ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and applicable regulations.
